Welcome to Villa Drottningholm, at Berga Farm!

Our house is located in a wonderful beautiful rural setting close to the city of Stockholm. A perfect choice if you would like to combine a peaceful and relaxing holiday and have access to the capital of Sweden.  The Royal Palace Drottningholm, where the royal family lives is close and a must for a visit, both the castle itself and the popular picnic park. You can take the steamboat from the castle bridge to the City Hall in the city. In addition to our two World Heritage sites – Birka with Hovgarden and the Drottningholm area – we are proud to offer a wealth of other attractions and activities. Medieval churches, golf courses, marinas, hiking trails and farm shops are only a small selection. And all this in tune with a fabulous nature.
Ekerö is the place for adventures and experiences but also for recreation and reflection. The surroundings of the house are made for walking and hiking through the forest. It’s easy to find your private place to swim  in Lake Mälaren. It is walking distance to Drottningholm Golf Club, but there are more golf courses in the municipality. Rent a kayak or a boat at the cafe Brostugan and more.

This website, we hope to provide much information on where to shop, eat and get active. We have limited most of the information to the neighbourhood of the house, and refers to the Stockholm Tourist Office websites when it comes to Stockholm.
